Nexara Pacific Technologies is a San Diego studio with two practices under one name: AI workflow consulting, run by Darrell Tang, and design, run by Ranae Tang. Darrell's practice tracks down and fixes the follow-ups, intake, and paperwork eating a small business's week. Ranae's builds brand identity, web presence, and print collateral for businesses that have outgrown a do-it-yourself look.
A note from us
Everybody's heard about AI by now. Almost nobody's been shown what it actually does for their own business, and that's the gap we started Nexara to close. Darrell had been using these tools on real systems in his own work, and the same fixes turned out to apply to a business losing hours to follow-ups. Ranae joined to build the brand (the logo, the cards, this site), drawing on her design background.
The founders
Darrell Tang
Darrell runs the AI workflow consulting practice. He looks for the follow-ups that slip, the intake nobody's watching, and the reports someone still builds by hand. His background is in IT operations and DevOps, and that shows in the approach: understand exactly what's happening in a business today, before changing anything. Audit first, build second. He's talked about practical AI adoption for small businesses on The John Olsen Show.
Ranae Tang
Ranae runs the design practice, building brand identity, web presence, and print collateral for small businesses and growing teams in San Diego. She works with clients who are good at what they do but whose visual identity doesn't reflect that yet, closing that gap with fixed-scope, fixed-price projects.
What's the difference between the two practices?
AI workflow consulting (Darrell) fixes how a business operates internally: the manual, repetitive tasks eating up time. Design (Ranae) fixes how a business presents itself externally: brand, web, and print. They're separate services with separate scoping and pricing, but a fair number of clients turn out to need both.
